Instructions:

• Because of new banking rules, how we process credit cards and obtain credit card information has changed. You will have several options for payment but we no longer except credit card information in this shopping cart. We have open account supported by a credit card on record. If you want to have a account set up call 1-210-788-9767. We have ACH payment made from a emailed invoice. You can used paypal and we still take checks prepayed. COD cost a extra $9.00.

• We offer 4 plus discounts on most items. Our shopping cart does not process this discount. Discounts will be manually applied.

• Do not write a check/money order until you receive a email invoice if you have purchased 4 or more of any one item.

• Credit card payment is processed at time of shipment not by the shopping cart. If you do not have payment information on record you will receive a email invoice for making electronic payment by credit card or ACH. Shipment will be after confirmation of payment.

• Customers with payment information on record (open account), it is not necessary to give you credit card number again if there has been no changes. Select “Check/Money Order” and in the “Special Instructions or Order Comments” write use information and credit card on record. Make sure the date has not changed.

• You will not be asked for credit card information in our shopping cart. Credit card and ACH payments are made through Quickbooks Merchant Services, you will be supplied with payment information on your final envoice.
